As a Director at SEP Professional, Mike plays a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of capital projects across the food, pharmaceutical and advanced manufacturing sectors. Working closely with clients from the earliest stages of a project, he focuses on understanding their operational needs, building trusted relationships and ensuring every scheme is delivered safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to live production environments. With a hands-on approach, Mike oversees multiple aspects of the business, helping to coordinate teams, maintain project momentum and ensure clients receive the high standard of service that defines SEP Professional. His collaborative style and practical mindset enable him to navigate complex projects while keeping communication clear and outcomes aligned with client objectives. Passionate about developing people as well as projects, Mike is committed to mentoring and supporting the next generation of professionals within the business. Commercial Director with over 27 years of procurement and commercial management experience across the public and private sectors. Prior to joining SEP, Anthony was CAPEX Procurement Lead for Cargill across the UK and BENE region, managing a capital investment portfolio exceeding £500 million across more than 25 manufacturing sites. As Director at SEP, he oversees the commercial team while managing key client accounts, providing strategic leadership across procurement, commercial management and project delivery — from tender and procurement through to contract award, commercial management and project completion. Anthony has built long-term strategic relationships with clients, contractors and supply chain partners, consistently balancing cost, programme and quality to deliver best-value outcomes across major capital projects.

Construction Project Manager with over 20 years delivering complex, multi-disciplinary projects across highly regulated, live operational environments — aerospace, pharmaceutical, FMCG and advanced manufacturing. Currently acting for SEP as Project Manager at Airbus UK, running multiple projects across a live aerospace manufacturing campus. Experienced across the full project life cycle — feasibility, design coordination and procurement through to construction, commissioning and close-out — with a strong track record in NEC and JCT contract environments, CDM compliance and stakeholder management at every level. With over 12 years of experience at SEP, he has consistently delivered numerous projects including clean-room, process and CSA packages within live manufacturing and GMP facilities, maintaining an exemplary track record for safety, budget control and schedule adherence. He was also a runner-up for an Airbus UK Safety Award for a compressed-air delivery system later rolled out across all Airbus UK sites.

Proven track record delivering multi-million-pound projects, managing complex stakeholder environments and leading cross-functional teams from concept through to completion. Skilled in project delivery, contractor management, health and safety compliance, budget control and operational continuity within highly regulated industries including Airbus, Jaguar Land Rover and Danone.

Experienced pre-construction and technical project management lead, covering all stages of construction. A qualified Civil & Structural Engineer with a background spanning FMCG, pharmaceutical, large-scale house building, high-rise and commercial developments. Responsible for contract tender and bidding for client frameworks, concept engineering and design, planning, technical detailing, construction and handover.

Specialises in health, safety, environment, quality and employment compliance — acting as a business analyst against legislative compliance to enable third-party certification and growth. Has supported projects across infrastructure, commercial, capital, construction and rail sectors, including the £2.8bn Hornsea 2 offshore wind project.

Enthusiastic projects professional with 22 years' experience across pharmaceutical, process, chemical, FMCG, packaging and aeronautical environments — in roles spanning commissioning & validation, project engineering, project and process project management, and construction management. Known for a positive 'can-do' attitude: flexible, determined and resourceful, working effectively and safely under pressure. Achievements include installing a €15M aerosol facility for a topicals manufacturer in Dublin, delivering a fast-track facility build and fit-out in 6 months (against an 18-month plan), and commissioning, testing and validating process equipment for a new aseptic facility. Recognised with a Unilever Best Improvement award and a Royal Air Force award for saving aircrew and aircraft.

Dylan's route into construction began through rugby — an injury led his club to help him move into the building trade. He started on site as a bricklayer and, over 12 years, progressed into a supervisory role before going on to run his own bricklaying company. He has since moved into full-time construction management with SEP Professional Services.

Harry began his career in construction while studying Construction Management at Liverpool John Moores University, joining SEP Professional Services as a Graduate Construction Manager and gaining practical experience across a range of projects. He has since progressed into his current role as Construction Manager, coordinating subcontractors, consultants, clients and key stakeholders — and recently delivered his first project as construction manager, worth £11.8 million.

HR & Compliance Officer with a background in law, science and technical recruitment, now developing broad experience across HR operations, compliance, document control, employee onboarding and payroll support. Skilled in maintaining regulatory compliance, managing personnel records and supporting efficient HR processes — committed to high-quality administrative support and promoting best practice across the organisation. Achievements include maintaining compliant HR documentation and personnel records, supporting the onboarding of new employees across multiple projects, improving document-control processes for compliance and audit readiness, and assisting with payroll administration and HR reporting.

Finance professional with 8+ years' experience across finance operations, IBA accounting and commercial environments — spanning reconciliations, reporting, cash management and stakeholder management, with a track record of supporting process improvements, system adoption and well-controlled finance processes. At SEP, Nicholas is responsible for supporting and managing finance and accounts activities across the business, with an early focus on continuity across the finance function while identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, improve efficiency and strengthen financial controls as SEP continues to grow.

Site Supervisor with a hands-on background in construction, having started on the tools in domestic work — extensions and loft conversions — before running his own franchise and leading a small team. He moved into site supervision and management with SEP, where his journey continues today. Known for strong people skills and man-management, Shaun coordinates trades and keeps projects moving safely on site — most notably supervising the Airbus Hangar 79 roof exchange, which was completed on programme despite severe weather conditions.
